Can these be used with the original Eneloop charger (white)?

Mine seems to charge them just fine. BTW, these are MUCH better than the white batteries. They definitely last a lot longer.

Are these the same size as the standard eneloop batteries?

Well, in genral they are AA size and fit most devices that take AA batteries, BUT they are 2-4100th inch larger in diameter, and in some devices that larger dimension will prevent them the batteries or battery carrier to not fit into the device. Suggest you try them for fit, and then keep or return. John

Which is better, these or the Eneloop 4rd generation 16 Pack AA NiMH. I am using these for a LED head strap style light that I ALWAYS USE?

It greatly depends on how you plan on using the head strap light. I prefer using regular cells (or Eneloops) and have the Eneloop Pros as backups. That way i'm not replacing the Pros as often and they are there when i need them the most. The Pros do have longer run times, but they sacrifice cycles for the higher capacity.So if you absolutely need the longer runtimes the Pros will hold out longer, but you'll be having to replace the cells more often with the reduced cycle life. If you can get by with the regular Eneloops, i would opt for those instead otherwise if you need the extra run time go for the Pros.I got the best of both worlds and have both the regular and the Pros so i won't ever run out of power for an entire month or more! :)

For an xbox one controller would the Eneloop Pros be better over the standard ones?

No Not Really, The eneloop Pro is a Higher Capacity battery but it does not have the same recharge cycles. So They are really made for Very High Drain devices like a Camera Flash or Wireless Mics etc that need Max Capacity all of the time in a Raped fire Heavy use device. Your Xbox controller would be fine however bang for your buck you will find that the Standard eneloop 2100 cells will also work very well and offers more recharge cycles at a lower cost.

Packing was already opened, i don't know why but Condition & Quality is good and still i'm checking it's performance, it should be 2500 MAH as its mentioned, once I would be satisfied then i'll update it....... Many years ago I wanted to go rechargeable for all my in house devices. I started with the white and black Eneloops. The Eneloops I have back from 2015 still are working in 2022. I've bought more over the years of course too. The black ones can charge 500 or so times, the white ones over 2,000 times. Now, if you charged a battery once a week, it would take 10 years to charge around 500 times. The black ones do have a bit more 'fuel in the tank', and are better for devices like cameras; but overall, the white ones have seemed basically just as good to me for most uses. And they are like half the cost. And they can be charged 4x more. So, decide what you want / need. Both the black and white versions work great. I use the black ones in more 'high demand' devices (flashlights, portable fan, etc.), and the white ones in less demanding devices (like remotes, mice/keyboards, etc.). Haven't had a single issue. I use their 4 port charger (model BQ-CC17). I have two of them that I got with 4 packs of batteries. So, I can easily charge 8 batteries in a few hours. Very easy to keep all my batteries topped up. I have one bin for full batteries, and one for empty; and I just charge them whenever I have time. I haven't bought one time use batteries in about a decade, and I don't plan to ever again. If you are thinking of going rechargeable, these are a great way to start. You get quality that will last, which is the point of going rechargeable in the first place. I have tried many other brands as well, most had issues over time. The Eneloops just keep on going. I will say the Amazon brand batteries have also been great. All have kept working for years and they hold a good long charge and seem good quality as well.
