All I can say is you can’t go wrong with the purchase of this product because it’s very effective and a great quality you’ll be getting at such a low price

Boron is the best supplement you can take to promote bone structure and muscle. I love NOW supplements and also take their D3/K2 supplement daily.The only supplements I take are ones that claim to promote bone strength, muscle growth and cognitive function, while reducing cortisol. Currently for me those are Vitamin D3 with K2 by NOW supplements and Urolithin A, Boron (also from NOW), creatine monohydrate powder and Fish Oil. I take all of them in the morning. A few times a week I also take a magnesium glycinate before bed.These supplements are combined with a daily caloric intake of 2,000 or less calories that include 1gram of protein for every pound of my body weight (as of writing I’m at 180lbs and I stand at 5’8”.) Typically I take in about the same or less in carbs and half that number in daily fat consumption. I am also moving a great deal throughout the day and doing some light body weight/banded exercises while my shoulder and foot heal from…being old. If I had to pinpoint which of all those things have increased my muscle, decreased my inflammation and helped bring down my very high triglyceride and cholesterol levels and chronic inflammation, I’d say it’s all of them combined. I am also taking statins and am hoping I can get off those eventually.
