We usually buy a different brand and have to shave sides down to assemble. This was perfect out of the box. Pieces were in tact and easy to assemble. Kids enjoyed it.

Came broken

Frosting was terrible, looks like the frosting you would get from a Chinese Twinkie factory. Could you imagine being a gingerbread man, whilst your house falls apart from on top of you. The utter horror. Everything about this kit is cheaply made and is inadequate. For the sake of gingerbread men and women all over the North Pole and for the love of God and all things holy do not buy this wretched gingerbread kit. Also the mortgage comes with a high interest rate...

I bought this kit at the grocery store for much cheaper.After decorating it with my son, the roof started slipping off and the walls started falling in. Probably a common problem of gingerbread houses. However, we had a kit las year that came with plastic pieces that held the walls at the correct angle and prevented the roof from slipping off. It was so much better.
