The valance includes a solid black flap shown underneath the Houndstooth flap, and a white tassel. One side of the panel is solid red and the reverse side is a red and black textured fabric. This set allows you to create more than 10 different styles by re-arranging the three accessories: the black flap, Houndstooth flap and tassel. The valance hangs on a standard 1 3/8 inch curtain rod or smaller. This valance is best used as an outside mount on the window.
