Q: There's a warning on the label about an ingredient causing birth defects and such..what's that ingredient???

Some plant based proteins can have naturally occurring metals in them and CA Prop 65 requires that products be labeled if there's a chance they could contain these metals, even if it's naturally occurring. So technically the piece of spinach you eat could have natural minerals in it, some of which are good or potentially bad.

Q: If I were to mix this ahead of time, how long can it safely keep when refrigerated?

I've kept mine mixed in a protein shake, refrigerated for 5 days and it's been totally fine. I'm not sure I would push it too much farther past that.

I haven't bought this in awhile. It states that it contains 1 gram of sugar, but not what kind. I assume it's natural from the fruit. However, it was always sweet and flavorful when I used it. May just have to get me some more 😃 I just became a health coach and may start recommending this to clients. Thnx for the reminder!
