GIBS Grooming Hitman Texturizing Spray, 5 Fl Oz

The main reason I purchased this particular hair product is for the smell. It’s great. My own hair is quite long, and so this product for me, is more about shaping and training the hair, rather than ‘hold’. I’m sure it can hold quite well if my hair were shorter, and it’s not as though I was looking for cement for my hair to make liberty spikes out of the 80’s. This is pretty great, and comes from a company that - so far - hasn’t disappointed me with any of their grooming products. Been using them for years, and if you give it a shot? You likely will too.

My 15 year old son saw this Hitman Spray at the salon where he got his haircut, but it was at least $10 more there, and I wasn’t looking to spend that much. The stylist used it on his fresh cut to give it a little texture and hold, and he looked great. I looked it up on Amazon (cheaper) and ordered a bottle. As you can see from the pics, he’s used it- almost daily for about 2 months. His hair isn’t crazy long, but is super thick and has most of the length on top. A little goes a long way- so like 2 sprays on top and runs his fingers through it. The smell is very masculine and he’s at that age where he doesn’t want his dad’s Old Spice, but something different and not “old man” smelling. I’ll definitely buy this again because at least he’s styling his hair instead of going to school looking like he rolled out of bed.

Smells amazing, adds a light body hold to hair. Bottle looks cool and fits well into my product shelf. Love this stuff.

My husband has been using this spray for years and keeps his hair looking great in place all day long. Love the spray bottle and company design. Worth it even with the price. Light weight and doesn’t make his hair look like it has anything in it.

It’s all right but nothing great and I wouldn’t buy again. Main reason being the outcome. I just didn’t think it really did that much to my hair. HOWEVER, I was able to layer it to achieve somewhat desired results…but it took a LOT of sprays and at that point, makes this considerably more expensive than others I’ve used. Scent isn’t bad…not really sure what it smells like but it definitely has a unique scent that could interfere with others if you wear colognes/etc. I also wasn’t able to wear this if I was going to be sweating as it would make my scalp burn. Unsure of the reason but it would immediately stop if I rinsed my hair.
