I ordered this case a while back and after a while two of the corners broke, not too sure if it was wear and tear, or just the one I got. But I contacted the support, and within a day they had sent me a new one no issues. I got it at a good speed and was able to keep going with out any hassle. So their customer care alone was a great experience and I was super happy. As for the product, I was worried about the thickness sometimes these cases can add more (I already have a super thin laptop) and wanted to keep that thinness. But I was surprised with the product and how easily it slipped on, and even better protected all the parts of my laptop. Best part was that it barely added anything to my laptops weight and thinness, which just confirmed the effort the brand claims to making high quality products. All in all, the product, fantastic, the feet are bleh but can't be fixed (though they send you extra!), and the customer care was brilliant. I'd purchase other products from this company without hesitation!

The plastic seems of good quality, although the corner came slightly chipped :/ The most important part of the plastic, the clips, are of great quality. I can say with confidence that my first impression is good, especially for the price. However, the silver color comes with silver foam feet that are not rubber. These foam feet slide around when using the laptop, so I ripped them off and put a dot of super glue under one of each of the provided white rubber feet. With that one modification, the case is very usable. I will update this review as soon as it starts cracking like all plastic cases do. I am hopeful it will be at least a year before that happens! **Update** Cracked a few weeks after purchasing, total waste of money.
