After 3 days of using the case, I noticed strange patterns on the fans of my brand new lenovo x1 carbon gen 9. Even the bios fan test was failing once in a while. Spent days debugging the problem with lenovo support. Figured out the magnets in the case has severe effects on the fans. The problem is reproducible 100%, so stopped using the case and now my laptop is happy.

It looked pretty nice in the photo but it turned out to be even nicer. It's obviously a perfect fit. The leather is soft and excellent quality and it's very well-made. It also has a very nice X1 embossed into the case.

After you pay a few thousands for a laptop, it's nice to be able to protect it. This is a quality real leather case that fits the X1 YOGA perfectly. Super soft leather with the X1 logo on the front. So glad I went this way rather than a plastic case. Just walk into the meeting with this and watch their eyes pop.

I bought this as an extravagance since the promised case (with purchase of laptop) did not arrive. The laptop fits snugly but well enough though any accessories (charger or even mouse distorts the case n very obvious). The leather is somewhat hard not soft/luxurious. It is a functional simple leather envelope with magnetic flap close.
