The one and only way to quit smoking.
Absolutely magical! You must give it a try, been smoking for 23 years ( tobacco, vape and iqos) and now 50 days I am nicotine free

Wow
I can’t believe how easy it was to stop. While reading the first few chapters I got scared because I thought that, for some reason, this method wouldn’t work on me; fast forward to few hours later, I hadn’t even reached half of the book that I extinguished my last cigarette, and haven’t smoked since, nor I have had any cravings whatsoever! It’s so mind blowing to me that an addiction that ruined my mood, lungs and wallet for 2 years was gone basically in the blink of an eye.I can’t recommend this book enough, so if you or a loved one do smoke, do yourselves a favor and buy it.

It works!
I bought this book for my sister as she wanted to quit smoking after 20 years. You must read this book before quitting and you have your last cigarette at the end. My sister said it is amazing and has completely changed the way she thinks. She is now day 23 no smoking and is feeling good. She hasn’t had to have any other alternative like patches/vape etc she has completely quit from reading this book. She highly recommends.

Personally, i will finish thus : THANK YOU SIR CARR, FOR YOU CHANGED MY LIFE IN JUST ONE READING. RIP. Ps. i had stopped smoking even before the last chapter, so i did not "smoke the last one" as he asks us to ahahah, my last one went by without even knowing it, what a treat to read !!!

Best book I have read in my life
I smoked for about 10 years, stopping 2 or 3 times for a couple of months and once even for a year during that period. I always fell back due to hanging out with friends or colleagues and thinking 'One cigarette won't harm, would it?'. I was deeply ashamed of being a smoker, always smelling badly, always wasting so much money, being judged for it by my mostly non-smoking environment, carefully hiding it from friends and family, and not because I LIKED smoking but because I was so addicted and too weak to fight it. I would for example go home early from parties so that I could smoke without anyone knowing, would always be chewing gum, I would even put adhesive tape around the filter of a cigarette so my fingers wouldn't smell bad, I really did anything possible to keep it a secret. The writer convinces you into really seeing how STUPID smoking is, and that no, you do NOT need nicotine to feel better. Nicotine is the REASON why you feel bad when you don't smoke for a while. Once you break that vicious cycle, your life will be better for it. You just have to really really rebrainwash your brain which is what the book does. The book tells you to keep smoking until the end, but honestly already after a few pages you kind of want to quit. I still decided to do what the writer proposed. I was so happy when I could finally put out my final cigarette. I gave away the rest of the package to my neighbor (or flushed it down the toilet as I had done before when I tried to quit on my own, I don't remember). Also gave away all my lighters. It's been 4 years now. I regularly tell my husband (who I had managed to hide my bad addiction from for several years, the only topic about which I ever lied to him) how happy I am that I am no longer not the least bit interested in smoking. How lucky I feel for this book, because the previous times when I quit it took so much will power and suffering, which eventually did not work in the long run. This book just made me get turned off from smoking. I still carefully avoid hanging out with people who smoke and try to avoid inhaling any nicotine from passers-by because I know that my brain is particularly sensitive to its attraction, but I am indeed a happy non-smoker and intend to keep it that way.Really, if you want to quit, give this book a try. It doesn't cost much, not much more than a few packages of cigarettes and it can really change your life. Reread it if you have to and take it seriously.Good luck!
