how many straps are in pack?

2 straps in each package. The deal I took was for 3 packages...I have used them, they work well. These small ones have 6 to 8 inches of elastic material (limiting stretch), and most of the 42" length is just non-stretch but easily adjustable strap.

It is one pack with only 2 straps inside it. They are awesome.

Do you recommend these for airline luggage?
