I have a Subaru so I had to get Subaru antifreeze

I always thought antifreeze is antifreeze. Apparently, Subaru has a thing about their coolant, though, so I got this, not wanting to take a chance on an item as expensive as an automobile. I have no problems or issues with the product or the shipping. I would, though, really like to know should I be paying this much for this or is antifreeze just, like I always thought, just antifreeze, no matter what the carmaker says.

If you own a subaru, buy this coolant!
I just did the 140,000 mile maintenance on my 2013 crosstrek. This coolant was incredibly clean when I drained it. Still blue and clear like it was from day 1. Subaru recommends using this product. It is worth every penny to go with this coolant.
