Good quality
Spiral bound good quality colouring book. Outer pages are like thick cardboard almost chipboard like which keeps the book and pages all perfect. The paper is of good quality too and very smooth finish in white. Images are gorgeous and I cannot wait to colour more in this book. I used Prismacolor pencils in the tropical toucan page and they worked fine, think I will try the Polychromos next and I have yet to try alcohol markers. There is a blotting page for which you can protect the image underneath and all images are single sided. Like the fact its spiral bound and all you have to do is flick over the page, so much easier to work in. Its rather expensive yes but I would order again, maybe just wait till there is an offer hopefully. Highly recommended.

ColorIt books are amazing!!
There books are wonderful and you just have to find one that you like. I own about 8 of them. These are great for colored pencils or markers. I use Prismacolors and Kalour which is on both ends of the spectrum as a more expensive pencil and a cheaper pencil. For markers I use Copic, Spectrum Noir, and I recently tried Ohuhu. I have found the Ohuhu brand to blend very well and I love the way they feel in my hand. The paper on all of their books is like a cardstock and nice to put in a picture frame or lean it on your desk somewhere. Sometimes I lay down a base coat with my markers and then go back and color with pencils to give it that rich look.I purchased the tropical scene coloring book as my daughter lives in Florida and when I color a page I send it to her and it's our love language. You will not be dissatisfied with any of their books.

Durable/whimsical/relaxing
Love that it’s spiral bound at the top, feels more like a sketch book. Cover is durable heavy duty cardboard. Pages are like a heavy weight card stock that don’t seem to bleed through with gel pens. I haven’t tried alcohol markers yet so I’m not sure about bleeding. Paper texture is smooth and buttery. It has an extra page for blotting between pages so I can leave the pages in the book until I’m finished with them.Designs are very whimsical and relaxing. Not so complicated and challenging that it gets frustrating. Lines are drawn consistently, no super fine lines mixed with really bold.So far, my favorite book purchased.

everything i am looking for
no drawing on reverse page,so the color do not ruin the other drawing. the paper is thick and rigid. we can remove each page because they are perforated. the one theme make a various kind of drawing. unlike the mandala type the details is not so small. so we can use a mix of fineliner and brush. but i do not like the coloring pencils because it break all the time and the color are not so vivid like the ink of fineliner. follow my advice, never buy a book where you cannot put the drawing flat on the table for coloring. this one at $25. canadian for 50 drawing,it is a very good deal. the photos of my previous coloring coming from the two excellent book from colorya with the same kind of features i like.

I would recommend.
Nice and relaxing pictures on thick paper. I tried coloring one page tonight with gel pens and markers, and the paper held up well and the picture was fun to color.
