My husband and I love this product. It works quickly if you have pain . RECOMMEND this product. It is a liquid. The taste is OK.

.....BECAUSE PILLS ARE HARD SOMETIMES. I LIKE THE TASTE. BUT THEY COULD CUT BACK A BIT ON THE SWEETNESS. ESPECIALLY FOR DIABETICS WHO HAVE JOINT ISSUES. I TAKE SEVERAL DIFFERENT THINGS SO IT'S HARD FOR ME TO TELL WHAT IS WORKING SEPARATELY. BUT THIS ALONG WITH OTHER THINGS I TAKE IS QUITE HELPFUL. ESPECIALLY FOR THE PAIN, WHICH IS THE SULPHUR BASED MSM.ANYTHING TO STAY OUT OF THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND OUT OF A WALKER....HELLO!!!⚕️♿

I was sceptical but hopeful. I had such pain in 1 hip. Some days it was a struggle to complete my work. I could barely function. I am 5 days in and I am feeling a lot better. There is still some pain but it's not constant and it's much less severe. It tastes pretty bad but worth it.

It tastes like cough medicine, but if it works I don't care; my bones are weak and this is worth a try, time will tell, if improvement in DEXA scan, will continue taking this

I recommend this product due to its fast absorbing properties. It's amazing how quickly my body reacts to it, and I feel the benefits almost immediately. However, the flavor could certainly use some improvement. It would be great to have more options to choose from as well. Also, an upgrade in the bottle size could be considered. But overall, it's a good buy for anyone in need of joint support.

I usually take the regular create creatine. I thought I’d give these a try. The texture is the same as the regular ones. I don’t mind as they are a little gritty. The taste is good and I’m excited to feel results.
