We would actually recommend the Aqueon Bottom Feeding Tablets and the Shrimp Pellets over the Goldfish Granules

Q: What Is It Made From?

From the label (I didn't include all the vitamin sources). Fish Meal, Wheat, Dehulled Soybean Meal, Wheat Flour, Corn Gluten Meal, Grain Distillers Dried Yeast, Fish Oil, Dehydrated Kelp, Spirulina, Chlorella. Hope this helps. Doing a search for the brand will give you all the ingredients.

Q: How to make the granulate sink?

you can also soak them in a cup of tank water for 5-10 minutes and they will sink
