I am on my second bottle, the first bottle it took about 3 to 4 days to notice a difference. It did give more energy and help with digestion. The loose stools went away and digestion really improved. Energy started picking up around a four or five and notice a big difference in my energy. It really does work and does help curb appetite. I am very skeptical about a lot of these things and have found things that did not work. This does work. The only negative thing with it and it needs to be said because you can’t just say everything is a perfect thing and works perfect with no side effects. The only side effect to it is you will get more gas and calls you to pass some gas. Everything can’t be all good with nothing to the side. If it’s going to make you pass a little gas who cares if it does everything else it’s supposed to. If you want some thing that works I do recommend this got bio. Again, I’m on my second bottle so obviously it works for me.

Because of living with a pain pump I have spent many hours in the bathroom to the point of tears. Bloated so bad it was hard to breath. Bloat is 80% gone and I am now an almost daily pooper instead of every 4 or 5 days. Because I breathe better I'm more active. Thank you.

I waited to write this review for a while so I could properly assess the effects. I'm on my 2nd bottle. The first bottle, it seemed like my body was adjusting to the pills. I didn't notice any difference in my bottle. Over the course of thr 2nd bottle I noticed a shift. I had suffered a long time with gut issues, constipation, stomach cramps and bloating. I always felt blah and hated eating. One thing I did notice initially during the course of the first bottle was the gas! And then i felt a pain on my side that was just so uneasy. But let me tell you, over the course of the 2nd bottle, the gas somewhat lessened, the pain on my left side subsided, I didn't have that bloated feeling after eating and I was comfortably have daily bowel movements. I feel somewhat normal again!! I try to incorporate good eating in my diet but sometimes you need a little extra push. This has been a life changer for me!

I had a massive bladder infection from a prescription diurectic. It took 4 different antibiotics to get rid of it. I developed a yeast infection from the antibiotics which also ended up in my gut. I was miserable. I was constipated and it put pressure on my bladder. Nothing was working. I took two doses of this and it worked! I feel so much better. My yeast infection is now almost completely gone.

It's alright I guess. There wasn't a noticeable difference in anything, so I'm just going to finish the bottle and not buy another one

This stuff made a difference in making my bowel movements more regular. However everytime I took it I could NOT stop crying. This stuff made me so very sad and depressed. I've never had this side effect before when taking probiotics. I tested it out 3 different times within a 3 month time frame. And every time it happened. So I stopped taking it and the crying and depression went away. Their last product didn't do this to me. Now I'm stuck without a probiotic.

What is important to me is that I am regular and it even helps me digest certain foods that were difficult for me to process. The flavor is not important to me, the results that I’m getting is what matters. I could not see myself not taking this product.
