EveryDrop by Whirlpool Water DBPIT2M1 PopOut Pitcher System

I loved my pitcher and used it daily. It filters fast and markedly improves the flavor of the water. When it came time to buy a replacement filter, I couldn't find one on Amazon. Or anywhere. I think they must have stopped making the product. Ive tried multiple times and have found one on the bay of Ees, for nearly the cost of the pitcher. If the price of the pitcher seems good to you for something you can use for no more than 6 months, by all means, buy it.If you're the seller, you should either be forthcoming about the fact that replacement filters aren't available or, if they are, put a link to them on this page.

I purchased this product about a year ago and I'm in love with it ever since! I had all kinds of Brita and PUR models over the years and I hated them all. It always gathered mold in places I couldn't reach, I couldn't serve water while it was still filtering and it never looked presentable enough to put on a dinning table.So glad I found the EveryDrop system, it's one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. Not only it solved all the problems above, I can use the filter on all kinds of containers which is great for cooking and I love the taste of water so much more than the Brita.To address a few of the comments I've read here:-I don't have a problem with filling it - I just put it under the faucet and walk away. It fills so much quicker than the Brita and I can always use it while it's still filtering without worrying that the unfiltered water would spill into the cup.- I never sensed any chemical smell or slick substance, even in the beginning- I never had water entering the handleWe use this pitcher everyday, and all my friends have bought it after seeing it in my house.

The pros: Fills up slightly faster and more convenient to fill as opposed to Brita. It fits better in the fridge. I like the filter activation process much better than the Brita. I had a lot of problems with the latest filters from Brita clogging. I was constantly taking it apart and dumping out the water. I was so frustrated that I switched to bottled. I then saw this EveryDrop Pitcher and decided to give it a try. I am happy to report no clogging! Oh and pitcher is dishwasher safe!!!!!The Cons: At first it was very fast filtering the water and over the past 2 wks I notice a definite slowing. The only other con I can say is the water tastes just ok.

Pitcher was great. I loved it but you can no longer get filters for it anymore.

Definitely disappointed in this product. It definitely does not filter nearly as fast as it is supposed to. I have to the faucet turn on and off or it will over flow. If I do not use the filter for over 24 hours it becomes extremely slow and filters drop by drop. Keeping the rating at a 3 because I do like the taste of the water and look of the product, and sometimes the water does filter pretty quickly, but it is inconsistent and definitely not as fast as promised.

Well, we just love this Pitcher filters system. However, nowadays we can't seem to find filters. Sure hate to see this go away. The water filters in very fast & the Pitcher looks very nice sitting on our counter, always ready to use .

I was already using the portable filter from Whirlpool, so when they came out with the pitcher I jumped at it. I've used the others-big pain in the gluteus. This, just drop the filter in and go. Sometimes I even run bottled water through this. (You never know). To always have genuinely clean water in the fridge at all times is worth every penny. You won't believe how much better your water will taste.

Ads for this pitcher showed water flowing into the filter at a moderate flow directly from the faucet. Don't you believe it. The filter won't handle more than a very weak trickle from the faucet before it starts to overflow. What's more, any water that does flow or splash out of the top runs down the side of the filter and into the pitcher, unfiltered. I thought this would be a good option for filling water bottles and the like without waiting for a pitcher to fill. With the slow flow rate, however, in most cases I'd rather wait for a slower pitcher to do it's work than stand around holding the filter over a bottle while trying to run the water slow enough to not overflow this thing.

this filter is awesome but after about 5 months the jug started leaking because the water is so good I've glued all round the seal at the bottom several times very disappointed in the jug but best water I've ever had
