Absolutely fab product
Hi,I had read that many people find this particular spray really effective. I can't rate it highly enough.I have a multitude of health issues and had suffered from really severe cramping in feet legs hands and arms - I used the spray and within 29mins I felt fully restored and like a different person. Can't rate this particular brand highly enough - an absolute game changer for me.

Effective product - Poor packaging
I did notice a noticeable difference when training for a half marathon using this post run. It did help with DOMS alot and is easy to use - Only downside it doesnt get a 5* is that the spray becomes quite difficult to use once the bottle gets to about half full/empty and can often take alot of attempts and messing around to get the spray to actually eject from the bottle.However the product itself does make a big difference DOMS wise.

Bad Reaction
Unfortunately I didn’t have a good reaction to this spray. Only use a couple of pumps on aching muscles before bed but every time I’ve used it, after a few hours my limbs feel like they’re being squeezed! It’s not a nice feeling at all.I’ve used magnesium sprays before and never had this sort of reaction. I’ll be going back to my previous, more expensive but trusted brand in future.
