Collective Minds Strike Pack Eliminator MOD Pack (PS4)

Personally i would reccomend this product, it is not cheating as it technically doesn't do anything a normal controller cant, it just assists in a very effective way, it also doesn't "mod" your controller meaning it is not against any terms of service as the "mods" are all digital on the device. pairing the anti recoil with rapid fire or even using the anti recoil on its own on games like rainbow six siege or call of duty is very effective and can help you win most gun fights, highly reccomended

Before purchasing i read previous reviews regarding quality of clip and it breaking so i was super careful with mine but it still broke after 3months use. Other than that its a great addition to controller especially for fps games.

Love this product, fits nice and snug to the controller. Extra 4 buttons on the back can be mapped in any order you like and is also really easy to use. Was worried about my headphones not fitting but they work just aswell with this product fitted. Also has mods if you wish to use them some come for free with the product. Also allot of reviews about the lead not working after a while, I've had mine about a month and a half and had no issues with the lead.

After seeing the other reviews I thought it would be a sensible upgrade moving to the Eliminator when my Dominator overheated and stopped working altogether (I contacted the support services about this but I'll get to that later). When the Eliminator arrived it was boxed much more professionally than the Dominator and I was excited to start using it. How wrong I was about it being an upgrade. After setting it up I jumped onto COD and it immediately started interfering with standard controls such as tactical sprint (pushing L3). Then I noticed it would interfere when multiple buttons where being pressed such as scoping (with R1/R2) and then tagging opponents (with D-Pad UP). This then continued happening with other combinations and it would sometimes even interfere by pressing buttons for me that I had not pressed, such as throwing a tactical (L1/L2) when I was tagging (D-Pad UP). I tried contacting Amazon customer services but they directed me to the Collective Minds support team who just proceeded to run through all troubleshooting possibilities and took forever between messages. This was a similar experience I received with the Dominator when it stopped working, for which I am yet to receive any confirmation of their intention to replace the item despite having to chase every so often. Not a great experience at all and if I was focusing just on the product itself I would definitely say paddles just by themselves are considerably better than the 4x buttons on the Eliminator, they are very clunky and difficult to press fluidly (nothing like the PS buttons). Overall, I would say if you are looking for back paddles just go for the PS back paddles and if you want some mods and are ok with the reliability issues then go with the Dominator but I would definitely take out the £5 insurance from Amazon in the event you get issues like I did (that is a regret of mine).

I bought this as an upgrade from my strikepack dominator as on the whole I was impressed with that apart from the odd issue. I hoped that some of those issues would have been rectified with this upgrade but unfortunately not and infact I believe there to be additional issues. Read my other review, just like that review one of my biggest gripes is having to press two buttons to turn on and off the mod mode! How hard would it be to make the alien head on the back a button?! The issue I have is I play black ops 4 blackout so jumping in with a pistol the rapid fire mod is a big thumbs up. The problem is you can't quickly loot bags with it activated or with the strikepack in mod mode at all! I have tried the quick select options to disable rapid fire but for some reason looting bags is almost impossible unless you completely turn off mod mode! Pressing the two buttons on the back wouldn't usually be a problem but in the heat of it, when trying to do it quickly it becomes fiddly. At best you have to tilt your pad, look down from the screen and ensure you press them without pressing any other buttons on your controller. At worst you accidentally press a button on your controller while pressing the buttons on the back and have now reprogrammed the buttons on the back to something totally useless! My next point I can't prove but it seems one hell of a coincidence. The rear buttons don't seem as responsive as the paddles. Picking up loot now seems to lag as do other actions. Like I said, I can't prove it but since using this it has become very noticeable during gameply. Last point. For me four buttons on the back is just too many. I use two all of the time, I use a third button on occasion. The 4th doesn't get used at all. If you are looking to splash the cash I'd say go for it and get a strikepack but I'd say just get the dominator

Fits nicely, able to use the AUX unlike other designs, extra buttons are positioned well and work great. Tried the mods out they do work really well if you cba to spend the time tinkering unlike myself

Turns your DualShock 4 controller into Scuf controller but a lot cheaper, the 4 programmable buttons are perfectly in-line with your fingers so you don’t have to take your thumbs off the sticks. The only possible downside is it has to be wired to use but this was no problem for me. Also has 8 presets built in if you need them.

The product is good but not durable. I've bought it twice now and the 2nd one has now failed, first one lasted 5 months then the 2nd one lasted 4 month, not worth it for that kind of money. As background I used it for CoD, I used one of the back buttons for crouch/slide so the button was used quite a lot for slide cancelling, the button doesn't last and eventually stops working. Save your money and buy something else.

Il pack ha una buona ergonomia, i pulsanti da azionare con anulare e mignolo sono ben distanziati, ottima la posizione in mano che resta ben salda anche on sessioni di gioco difficoltose, altro vantaggio è che si integra al pad originale che come solidità è insuperabile, consigliato

1ヶ月ほどFPS用途で純正コントローラーに使用。 使いやすく、設定も簡単で基本的にはオススメだが、コントローラーと本体を固定する為の爪が先日折れた。 確かにこの1ヶ月ほどはかなりハードに使用したが、少々耐久性は低いかと思う。 ただ、現在はコントローラー本体と直接接着して使用しているので、さほど問題はない。 耐久性の部分以外についてはオススメである。
