Fortunately the alarm has not gone off. My brother-in-law was impressed when I used my phone to "beep" it off the lock mode.

A security product without a password reset
If you purchase this lock and you forget the numeric Password , the lock is no longer functional and will keep setting off yes incredibly loud alarm over and over and over .I I have many security devices and this is the only one that provides no way to reset password. I actually find it difficult to believe I’m putting in the wrong passcode when there’s unit 7 numbers I always use so that way I don’t forget a code! So I actually believe the lock is defective because I tried all 6 codes I’ve. Ever used and none would unlock it. Look for a petter product than this one you’ll be glad you did .

Deffinately not what I was expecting. The lock works good and makes a lot of noise, but it doesn't send anything to the phone to alert you. I was under the impression that it would.

when you download it says danger to device to late to return . don't waste your money and time

Stopped working within 2 weeks.
I thought buying two would be good but the first lock stopped working within two weeks and the second lock was missing a screw.

You have to install 3 AAA batteries
The media could not be loaded. Cheap plastic and no really security. Someone can take off the battery and the alarm doesn’t sound. I already tried I turned on the lock and I can easily take off the battery and the alarm didn’t sound
