It’s a very sturdy stool - i’m not a big person, so i definitely recommend it if you’re on the smaller size. The best stool out there if you’re on a budget.

Bought for my sons electric kit. It’s a good throne for the price of it.

Originally bought another throne off Amazon for cheaper than this. Was poor quality so sent it back and spent a bit more on this one. Was pretty surprised when this was exactly the same throne just with donner branding on the seat. I imagine they are bulk made in China and just different brands slapped on.Problems: Upper post wobbles around in the base. It’s like the holes in the post should be square because the securing bolt can’t actually fit inside the hole, meaning it can’t go tight.The base post seems like it’s a little too big, again allowing the seat post to wobble around moreAlso on the base post it has what looks like rust straight out of the box.Only good thing was the included drumsticks are okay.Wish I spent more or even just kept the cheaper version, ended up keeping this just because I really needed a throne. Do not buy

Seems okay after assembly but alot of rust coming out of it when unboxing. Perhaps this one was exposed to moisture during manufacturing or has sat in a warehouse too long.

The media could not be loaded. Donner reached out to me about my experience and immediately offered to send a new throne. It got to me quickly and at no extra cost to me. The new throne was not broken like the previous one and was assembled quickly and easily. Donner allowed me to keep the old throne, so I'll try to make an effort to fix it, but there's no need really. The customer service is fantastic, responed quickly and rectified all problems I had. I recommended this company for the customer service alone.Now onto the the quality of the throne. There were some pictures floating around of what looks like rust on the inside of the rods, and it's true. Both of mine had that, but really doubt it's an issue. The swivel of the throne could use some oil for lubrication. As it stands the swivel is a bit stiff. Bottom line though this is a great chair. It's comfortable for its purpose, though I'll be using it all over my house.I absolutely recommend this as a cheaper alternative to more expensive thrones. If you're a beginner don't waste your money on the more expensive stuff, this will more than serve you enough.Old review:Really wanted to use this chair, but the screw hole was broken, so that when you try to unscrew it the screw would just turn without actually coming unscrewed in the hole. Very disappointing.

Necesitaba una banqueta que no cojeara en ningún terreno (de ahí los 3 pies en vez de 4), que el asiento pudiera rotar para cambiar rápida y cómodamente el ángulo de trabajo y que tuviera una altura de unos 55cm, así que recordé mis años de percusionista y busqué una banqueta de batería, de la que tengo grandes recuerdo!Paso largos ratos soldando en mi taller y necesito sobretodo comodidad y rotación, y gracias a tener 3 pies la banqueta siempre es estable. Además de las gomas que tiene en cada pata que le aporta un grip muy buenoMe encanta que se pueda plegar y recoger fácilmente, así me la puedo llevar conmigo para utilizarla en otros trabajosAunque no la utilizo en el mundo de la música, es evidente que funciona muy bien ya que mi uso es muy similarPeso 85 kilos y me aguanta bien. He revisado las soldaduras (yo soy soldador profesional) y aparentan ser resistentes para personas de más de 100 kilos aunque el fabricante pone el límite en 90kg.Es importante saber para quien la compré, hidratar la base de cuero con crema de manos para que esté bonita y dure más tiempo. Es algo que aprendí en la escuela de música. El cuero es algo delgado por lo que se adapta bien al peso, y la espuma es cómoda; no siento el final del asiento y eso se agradece pasadas las horas.Incluye 2 baquetas que me han traído grandes recuerdos. Me ha sido irresistible practicar los redobles y los paradiddle que tantas horas practique hace tantos años!
