Works great
When I initially saw what the sticks actually looked like, I had my reservations. The sandpaper is glued to foam board, that they are then glued back-to-back together so that each stick has the sandpaper on 2 sides. I figured the sticks would bend or break from the force of my scrapping them back and forth to smooth down the cuts. But they held up for me to sand down the rough edges and then to smooth them down with the different grits. Now that doesn’t mean you can manhandle it, but they are sturdier than I thought. I made 7 of these cat cutouts and the grits held up, they are still good to use multiple times more.

Great for tough small spaces on my wood carving.
Great for tight small spaces. I have never used any other brand of these so I'm not sure if this is normal but the sandpaper comes off the strip quite easy. Si i just have to cut them off often to keep using it. But it's very handy

Finer grits perfect for plastic miniatures
These sanding sticks are extremely useful for cleaning up plastic minis. They are very well built; the middle layer is rigid enough for comfortable handling and the sanding layers are soft enough to follow contours well. Ideal for Space Marine armor (though I still recommend using something like the Citadel moudline tool first and the sticks for finishing only). The only drawback is that only the two or three finer grits are suitable for minis. I wish Alpha Abrasives would sell them by color.

Great for the hobbyist who builds models with jagged sprue leftovers on there model. Get right, and order some of these bad boys.

Well worth the price!
Worked very well for small hobby and craft projects. Better than trying to use small pieces of regular sandpaper.

Idea for sanding small areas.
Bought these on someones recommendation, they work great especially for filing non flat surfaces and the varied coarseness means you should have the right grade for any small sanding job. If they made them slightly wide it would have been 5 stars across the board.

Nice and flexible.
My husband paints Warhammer figures and he likes to use these to buff out the mold lines. They're pretty much little strips of sturdy sand paper.
