I bought this phone to add to our existing fleet of CP-8851 phones. When it was plugged into the network, it wanted an admin username and password. We contacted the manufacturer (Cisco) and after 30 minutes on the phone with them, they were unable to access the phone, upload new firmware, or otherwise gain access to the phone. Cisco, the manufacturer, said to return the phone. It turns out the "Cisco Store" is actually Ingram Wholesale and the item was not sold by Amazon.
