This device is healing the bursitis in my hip — quickly no less. It also helps with back pain. At 62 years old, I often overdo activity and cause myself extended periods of muscle pain. I am learning to use this whenever that happens and it consistently fixes the problem very quickly. There are quite a few of these out there. Some important qualities: Both heat and adjustable vibration, easily rechargeable, battery lasts long (mine goes for at least 30 minutes with both heat and vibration going. It probably goes longer than that, but 30 minutes is usually about right for the treatment. Make sure you get one shaped like this — for some reason this shape really does the trick in multiple areas.

Initially I felt it did not last but I realize that it sometimes requires a lot of forced holding to turn on the massager—-I still feel like this is not a good buy. I have used other massagers that don’t require a lot of work to operate them. It does massage if you can find a way to turn it on. Hold the button for a few seconds at a time.

Got this for my boyfriend and he loves it! Vibration gives deeper massage and the heat help loosen up the muscles. Only complaint is that the heat setting doesn’t get as warm as he would like it to be.

I’m currently working in the office now and this little buddy helps me unwind. It’s a mild massage not too power as the massage guns but it does the jobs to losses up your feet neck and back muscles. As directed it’s a great gift and massager. Lightweight and could be carried around for when you need it.

Super soft silicone doesn’t hurt my skin not the most powerful vibration but it does the job. Heating features very cool and unique as well. Also- it lasts a really long time and doesn’t turn off every 20 minutes like every other high and vibration massager. Trigger point is much more powerful but too large sometimes- this is a smaller peanut which is just what I wanted. Plus, I really love that it stays on instead of the auto shut off feature on most high end massagers

Purchased four months ago and motor is already dying. Got great pain relief on spine when it functioned properly. You can already hear the decline in motor and I don't use it often. The charging unit no longer works either. Trying to return for a refund. 30 days is not enough of a return window for electronics of this price!

the ball itself is a good tool for pain relief, I wish it would be hotter though And the would do a Lower settings of the vibration because if I work on my upper back, my head starts spinning and mouth feels weird from the lowest setting of the vibration. Why I gave 3 stars? Because I purchased another one for my client and then ended up having to return it. The seller didn’t take care of the better options to return their item.It was a struggle to drive somewhere to print 3 different labels for this item(hazardous lithium battery 2 warnings and main label),drive and walk with my 2 babies on my arms to drop it off,while I also had to pay for Ups package because they wouldn’t accept the one I had. And I still didn’t get my refund. I usually drop all returns at my local kohls with 0 of these issues,they accept it with no labels or packages and as soon as they scan the code from my phone I instantly receive my refund. that’s the best and that’s how it should be for everything and everywhere.

This item is easy to charge and begin using. I have a nerve and circulation issue with my hand and wrist area which is the direct result from being injured in a car collision. I've had therapy the past year but I'm still in pain. This item has heat which isn't too warm but noticeable. It also has several different settings of vibrations which I really enjoy and it is tempory help with my nerve and circulation issue. I recommend this item.
