Excellent Diverse Ball
I was using this ball at my gym doing PT exercises while recovering from bursitis in my hip. It was so useful that I found I could this one at home as well. It's lightweight, squishy, and diverse enough for some other exercises as well. The price is affordable and I would recommend it to anyone who wished to use it for Pilates as well as Yoga exercises.

Awesome Ab workout
This ball is a perfect piece in my Pilates set up. I get a great a blast and the videos help me when I’m looking for new and exciting exercises. I can already see my 6-pack coming in!

Easy to inflate and work great!
It’s been several months of use now. Still works great from the first time I easily inflated it. Still enjoy using this. I’ve done several different exercises and haven’t had any issues. It will lose a little of its air over time but nothing major. Different gyms I’ve gone to also use this brand, which is why I chose it.

Works well for Rehab for Broken Hip Replacement
The hardest thing is blowing up this Bender Ball to a nice firmness. That is the hardest part. Otherwise works well for when a person has a hip replacement. Many, many more exercise applications are possible and works well as an exercise tool.

Best ball for barre
I love this brand of ball especially for barre class. It does not slip easily out of place against leggings like many others do. It actually works well that it does not inflate 100% because this actually helps better be able to hold with the back of your leg. This is the brand used at my gym for barre classes and I knew it would be the brand I purchased when wanting one for at home.

Rip off do not buy
You will pay £32 for one ball and a crappy booklet. You will only realise this when you get it 3 weeks after you order. You will then have to pay to return it to some address in New Jersey USA....I don't expect I will ever see my £32 again!
