Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes® Cereal, 13.25 oz (Pack of 1), Non-GMO

If you are looking for a high fiber, low sugar cereal this is a great choice. This arrived on Mother's Day so I had cereal for breakfast. I drizzled a little honey on it and poured on some whole milk. With the honey it was perfectly sweet. I will say this is very crunchy and does take a strong jaw to chew it. It has quinoa, millet, spelt, barley, oat and wheat in it so very filling. The expiration date was all the way out to November 2025! Everything arrived in great condition and I am very happy with this cereal as it tastes delicious and is very nourishing.~The Rebecca Review

This cereal tastes delicious. I love how this flake cereal doesn’t get soggy when you add in extra fruits. Heritage Flakes has an amazing crunch from start to finish. Definitely my favorite gluten-free morning cereal. Yum!

Loves Nature's Path organic cereal but nuts & berries would improve it!

This has been my favorite cereal for a long time, it's really crunchy and doesn't get soggy in two seconds like other cereals. It has a nice wheaty/malty flavor. It's not too sweet which is great because I usually eat this with greek yogurt bowls and I add sweet toppings like fruits/raw honey/dark chocolate. Overall it's a relatively healthy cereal that has a good amount of fiber. I can eat this every day without guilt.

This is the most healthy and delicious cereal I have ever found. Not salty, not sugary, just delicious, high quality, high protein flakes. I have been looking for a cereal with a higher protein count and this one is it. Definite value for the money.
