TC Pure Titanium French Ear Wires, 50 Pieces, Hypoallergenic Earring Supplies

I got these to replace my other earring hooks because I am sensitive to metals. I do have a couple pairs of titanium earrings that don't bother me at all. I went ahead and took the time to replace all my earrings with these thinking it would work great but it ended up being a waste of time and money. I'm getting an allergic reaction. They might contain some titanium, but I believe they have another metal in them too. Disappointing.

It is hard to find affordable titanium earrings so I was happy to stumble upon these. They're not quite as shiny as typical silver-plated findings, but the color is close enough (especially considering how little of these show when you're wearing earrings) to work.I've been replacing the hooks in a lot of my earrings with these (all it takes is a good set of jewelry pliers, maybe some wire nippers, and a few extra jump rings, all of which I already had). While I can wear base metal hooks if I coat them with clear nail polish first, that takes time and has to be repeated periodically. With these, I can just switch out the hooks and I'm done.These have not caused me any issues. My reaction to nickel is usually itching or actual pain, but I have had neither here. So I believe these to be nickel and lead free as promised. It is fun to be carefree about wearing earrings again.

These are amazing!!My ears are VERY sensitive to metals and they will turn red and swell and ooze ick.I let my ears heal and then I tried these and they don't irritate my ears at all, I LOVE IT!!Highly recommend these!

A friend told me she's allergic to all metals and find it hard to wear earrings. So I bought these to make her earrings. She loves them, said it's the only thing that doesn't irritate her ears. Keep in mind these are not shinny, they're a dull gun metal color. I do wish they're a little bigger, they're a bit too dainty.

My pierced ears are highly sensitive to metals and I have used titanium ear wires before which were handcrafted by jewelers. Since they are quite pricey I decided to give this product a try. Unfortunately after three hours of having the hooks in my ears, both earlobes started to itch, swell up and started to weep. Considering that I have had not problem with titanium ear wired before, I am assuming that this product is not made out of pure titanium but has other allergenic metals in it. I do not recommend this product if you have very sensitive ears.

I have very sensitive ears to most metals; finding earrings that I can wear that do not cost an arm and a leg has been somewhat difficult. I started dabbling in jewelry making just a little and decided to try these to make some earrings for myself. I wore them a couple different times and one of those times for several hours without any issues. Very happy with this purchase and definitely would purchase these again!

I have several Titanium earrings and there are definitely NOT titanium. Had them in for 3 hours and my ears showed signs of infection. DO NOT BUY if your ears are the least but sensitive.
