Is just like buttercream.
It says it's "cupcake icing" but it's cake, cupcake, and cookies icing. That is what it tastes like is cake frosting. Because it comes in a can with the different shapes means you can make lots of shapes and different ways of decorating. So, great frosting with decorative nozzles.

Don't waste your money
Product was good in the past, now you can't control the feeding so there are air pockets and the stuff comes out in purts or not at all
