Amazon made a mistake in my order sending me only 1/2 of the number ordered. I contacted Customer Service via chat and was immediately sent the remaining number of test strips. The product, itself, has always been reliable and, since my insurance no longer pays for test strips, the Amazon price is affordable.

I have used one touch very for a few years now. I find the unit itself is very reliable. Still using my original one I purchased so I get the same test strips. It is very quick, and I find accurate. It just needs a small drop and 5 seconds for results
