Works Every Time
I have been looking for a reliable finger print lock for quite a while, but as I looked at the reviews, there were to many saying that the lock would stop working, or would stop recognizing their fingerprint. That is NOT the case with this lock! It is amazing. Works every time, and I can use it without the anxiety of thinking it may not work.

I haven't been able to get into my garage for a few weeks now. I charged the unit fully. I followed the instructions. I tested, tested and tested my fingerprints opening the lock. I then locked my garage.... the battery was done the next day. I have since sat outside my garage with a power brick charging the unit and trying in vain to unlock the damn thing but all I get is beep beep beep beep.I don't even know where to get support from! I'm going to have to get bolt croppers and cut the damn thing off. This has to be one of the more embarrassing technical purchases I've made.I figured biometrics was a relatively mature technology by 2021 but I seem to be very wrong... Since I can't get the thing unlocked and off the door I can't even return it :-( I'm really unhappy...

This is a very secure and way lock to setup. This is security at it finest.
I like the fact that’s it’s waterproof, sturdy abs very easy to use.

So far ok.
Received this 3 days ago.. So far so good although it was slightly tricky to set up. Put it on our outside yard gate. I'll come back in a couple of months to update the review after seeing how it holds up this winter.

Useless for security.
Would give zero stars if I could. I set it up, it worked in the house perfectly. Next day, on my gate it would not work no matter what I tried. Then I saw a video showing how you can open the lock by a process called “rapping”. A few light taps on the bottom with a small hammer while pulling on the lock and it opens right up. Every time.Useless.

Great Lock
I love this lock. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is a little bigger than expected, but still fits my gym locker fine.

Not happy
Bought for gym locker , had to cut it off after finger scanning showing green light but wouldn’t open . Not a happy camper my return time frame expire Jan 31
