Decent substitute for Saffron in paella dish
This worked very well for me in a paella dish instead of saffron. It takes a bigger pinch than saffron so you just have to adjust to your liking. I ground it in a mortar. Remember, you can always add more...just can't take it out of your recipe. Good luck.
