Are these not the full arcade games? When I beat the first level of heavy barrel, it resets the game! ive tried 3 times now, same result. what gives?

This is a glitch I've also encountered on that particular game. I've had it happen several times, but I've also been able to advance to level 2 on numerous instances. I find that if you boot the machine up from power off, then go right into Heavy Barrel, the game is fully playable. If you have played other games first, then switch to Heavy Barrel without a reboot, it might crash. This is very sloppy design. It's too bad My Arcade sells some shoddy products. This is one of them.

Is the joystick microswitches? Microswitches have a clicky & accurate feel like the arcade.

Not from the factory: it has a dpad with membrane buttons underneath and a removable joystick that fits into the center. There is a microswitch mod that someone has done that you can find on YouTube.
