Better than sunscreen!
You will NOT GET SUNBURN if you take one of these 3x a day when you are in the sun during the summer!!! Stop wiping chemicals all over your skin and then baking it into your body!!! This will work better! (if you are laying on the beach all day, then yes, put sunscreen on but otherwise just use THIS!)

I did some research in getting a good quality and dosage of vitamin E. I found it and now recommend it to you! It have all three types of E and is easy to swallow.

A great Vit. E supplement. Life Extension has some good education on all their supplements.

Less than 60 capsules
This is a good product, but every order I have received is short a pill. The bottle says there are 60 capsules, but each bottle has had only 59. This messes up my use, in that I take another supplement of 60 pills, and I am short each time in matching up my dosage.

Works Great
Vitamin E is great for skin, nails, and hair. This product works and l highly recommend it. If you have a cold sore and it is in remission take this product to speed up the healing process.

Can cause bruising/bleeding
I have been using this supplement since last december as i heard of the great effects of taking an E supplement. in the last months, i’ve noticed i’ve bruised much easier. I learned from my doctor that gamma E is a natural blood thinner and had no idea! I had to stop taking it as already naturally i bruise easily, however now if i scratch myself it leaves a bruise. Do also beware if you already are taking blood thinners and make sure you check with a doctor first as it can cause excessive bleeding.
