It does what it is supposed to do add the corn flavor minus the sugar. You may want to go heavier with the dosage if you are making cornbread & add your artificial sweetener & with the almond flour it’s a great substitute. I got to find a corn dog recipe to try I think it would work out good too.

I cook low carb healthy meals and missed cornbread. Found a recipe online that mimics cornbread using sweet corn extract. Based on reviews, ordered this one and very happy with the product! Recipe called for 1/4 teaspoon of extract so this will last me quite a while.

Have not used it yet but smells really good

I used this product to make low carb corndog mini muffins (with almond flour) for a woman friend on a special diet. She was amazed at how good they were and how much the corn extract fooled her tastebuds into thinking that she was eating mini corn dogs (in muffin form). She was very pleased, asked for a copy of the recipe, and is looking forward to our making them againI highly recommend this admittedly somewhat pricey but worthy product, which is not overly sweet like a similar item found on Amazon for less. Sometimes you DO get what you pay for.

Corn is very high in carbs, but using this as the major flavoring agent in a keto muffin or bread helps bring that wonderful cornbread flavor that I had been missing. I’m sure there are other ways to use it, but that’s how I use it. My signature muffin is made from almond flour, baking soda, egg whites, baking powder, xantham gum, nonfat milk, olive oil and this corn extract. I will usually mix in a few spoonfuls of mashed corn to further the appearance of a corn muffin, without adding too many extra calories or carbs. People seem to really like it.

It's good but the continued price hike is atrocious.

I used this before and loved it. I tried a cheaper brand and it was awful. I threw it away and bought this brand again, it is delicious in my keto cornbread.

I live a keto lifestyle and up until now have not been having many substitutions for the old standard American diet food. I decided to try this Sweet Corn Extract to make something close to cornbread. This one product alone made a big difference. I used it in making Stufflers (with the Presto Stuffler) with a keto recipe using pork rinds and some other ingredients. It even smelled like cornbread was baking! I think this flavor is right on, excellent product!
