I really did my research before ordering. Years ago i tried Cod Liver Oil from my local health store, at the dosage recommended my doctor, in the hopes of clearing my skin, with no results. I was hesitant to try again after skinking so much money into this. It's been a few years and I've done my research well enough to conclude that this is the best quality at the most reasonable price, with the least aftertaste.This actually did what I was hoping for! I've been taking it for about a month now, and my skin is drastically clearer. Any new acne heals quicker, and my eczema on my elbows isn't as bad as usual. It also doesn't have an aftertaste and the "lemon burp" is very mild.I've read reviewers say that this helps them fend off colds and helps with sinus pressure related to allergies. I'm not sure if this is wishful thinking/placebo effect, but I'd swear the cold I just caught disappeared much quicker and my sinus headaches and allergies, which get worse with the colder weather, have decreased too. Overall I'm very pleased with this and will continue buying it.

I found these after searching for an alternative to liquid cod liver oil. I found this particular product to be very fresh and not rancid at all. To me they are easy to swallow, but then, I don’t mind swallowing capsules, but they are quite big. The flavor is fresh and not “fishy” at all. I will be buying these again.

This is the sixth time I have ordered this product from Amazon, but it is the first time it was shipped directly from Seller (which was a seamless transaction). I have been taking cod liver oil since I was a child, in a malt form (ugh) as a kid and later as gel tabs for decades, but the stores quit selling them. I went to a health food store which recommended this product as best for cod liver oil. The gel tabs are easy to swallow and best of all - no fishy after taste. Cod liver oil is good to keep your immune system and brain humming along.

These seem to bring the glow back to my face and help with dry skin. It's the only new supplement that I've recently added to my diet. I even had a stranger comment that I seem to be glowing and my mother kept telling me how nice my skin has gotten. My hair and nails love these too. I have taken regular fish oil before but they have not made as much of a difference as these have. I take two a day, one in the morning and one at night right before bed - although I am starting to suspect that these are giving me really weird dreams if I don't go to sleep right away after taking them. I was surprised when I first opened the bottle and saw how enormous the pills were. However, I found them very easy to swallow. Sometimes, I do burp a little but since it's only a slight lemon taste I don't mind it at all. I like that these don't have a high amount of vitamin A because I do take multi-vitamins as well and was worried about overdosing.

I read reviews religiously and I decided on this bottle after my last bottle of cod liver oil ran out. I took one star off because the pills are a little bigger than I expected and like. They are chew-able, but I'm not sure if I should swallow the capsule or just throw it out? I've just been swallow the capsule... The great "lemony flavor" the others have mentioned really is great! I would definitely recommend, but be warned the capsules are a little larger than the typical pill.

I'm testing this product out to see how it works for me.My sister was at a friend's house and her friend was taking this brand of cod liver oil for her health and she swore by it. She gave my sister some capsels to try. After a week my sister started noticing a big difference in her back pain and hips. Her doc was going to give her a cortisone shot but she told him she didn't need it now that she was on these.I talked with Sis last week and she told me about these for my severe rheumatioid arthritis, to just try them. So I bought a bottle of the lemon (her and her friend were using the unflavored) and have been taking them a few days now. It feels like a bit of the inflammation may be starting to decrese. My fingers, shoulders, knees, elbows aren't feeling as stiff and swollen...even my spine feels looser instead of so stiff. I've upped to 3 per day, with meals, and will work up to 5 per day.I've chewed these (at the review of another) and they taste like a lemon gummy without the sugar. Not bad if you can't swallow a large capsul, you can chew it. No fishy taste or smell at all. These don't have a lot of Vitamin A or D to harm your body when you take 5 per day...a big plus!I'll keep you posted on how well this works for RA inflammation.ETA: It's been a few weeks now that I've been taking these. It really has knocked down a bit of inflammation. Now I can't tell if only the Cod Liver Oil is working because last week my doc put me on a new anti-inflammatory and it's done more then even the super-powerful meds I've been on for severe RA. I'll continue to take these, it could be the combination.

Very much reduced my dry achy thirsty joints. Increases mobility and helps rebuild joints. I love this stuff! I doubled up on my dose for the first week to get it really working fast. This is the one supplement that I’ve needed for so long now and didn’t even realize it. It’s been a game changer for me. I trust their quality as well. Just get it. You won’t regret it.
