Brilliant product, too good for the price. Arrived on time, excellent packaging, immediately tested it on my old NT30 Nissan X-trail 2001 model, and reproduced error codes for the knock sensor, which was previously detected by a different diagnostic machine, and was able to erase the error. The communication of the dealer and shipper were perfect and timely.

This is actually a really good diagnostic machine. I have a Nissan Elgrand e51 and it served me well, well if I knew how to work it properly. Anyways I took.my car to a Elgrand Specialist here in Plymouth as Nissan wouldn't work on my vehicle, they connected a diagnostic scanner to it and noticed the rh front wheel bearing (ABS) Was damaged due to another garage installing it improperly. Anyways I notice a feature on the Launch and was always curious to what it did and now I know because the garage connected thier machine and it showed a graph of what was happening. Anyways I connected the Launch and got the same data. I just need to learn to use properly. This diagnostic machine is brilliant and you can buy add ons for extra features and reset codes.

Good quality item for the price very thorough diagnostics and easy to use and read at first it didn’t come up with my car vin number but once ignition was in it picked it up ok the only down side to the item is that it does not offer e handbrake rewind but all in all it functions very well comes in a carry case that keeps it all tidy

A very good OBD scanner. Everything is clear and legible. An additional advantage is that you can perform DPF burnout at a stationary location. I highly recommend this product.

Very user friendly functionality with a great layout. All fault codes have the reasons so you’re not having to google codes. Easy to connect. Good value for money if your intention is to repeatedly use this item. Item cannot code ECU

This item is an absolute joke and a con, after being asked for an email I was expecting a pdf report but no, you get a link to a chines web site that displays the report but is encapsulated with java so you cannot copy or download anything - they nail it down so hard to make it so difficult to extract anything from the report. You cant even click on the fault description with codes (which can be long) to then google the information, to add further there is no time stamp on the DTC error codes - not good if you know when the fault occured still makes for more guessing. There are also certain functions I was sold on that just simply don't work ie SASM recal. The unit knows the car, the modules contained but just won't recal them. It is fairly well made, software as mentioned by others is laggy at times and also make sure you hotspot it your phone and not the home wifi if your car is out of range as you will need to discard all the tests and go back in to configure the wifi, pretty annoying. On the whole not 130 quids worth happy with it so will send it back.

Worked first time on my Ford Fiesta Ecoboost even automatically detected the vin number and car details. One massive discrepancy was the odometer reading showing 50000 miles more than that on my digi dash. Checked the mileage of all previous Mot’s online - my dash seems to be more correct than the devices reading, hence only 4 stars. However it detected my P123b:21-6C fault so gave me an idea of what to look at. Easy to use, extremely quick, sending fault report to email address is an added bonus. Good build quality seems to be strong build. Screen is very clear and touch screen. Good value for money even with the mileage discrepancy. Edit upped to 5 stars as I only just realised the 50,000 miles more is actually in Km. Just did a conversion to miles online and all is correct.

Works perfectly

I had an airbag error come up after replacing the Clock spring in my Mitsubishi Pajero NT (Montero) . Tried to get rid of this error with two other diagnostic tools with no luck . Once I pluged this unit in , it detected errors and cleared it in 2 min .

This Scanner has an easy setup process. It will send a report to you or the customer showing the vehicle's diagnosis. The on board support is great too. Looking forward to using this scanner for years to come. Very easy to use, it even has the ability to take vehicles out of limp mode. Good scanner at a very reasonable price. Let's you know what steps to follow to complete the test. I would recommend this Scanner to anyone looking for an inexpensive scanner and it does all the checks you will need.

عشان اوضح الجهاز طلع لي تفاصيل واعطال بالسيارة ما كنت متوقعها وما ادري عنها بس لما شريته على بالي بانه جهاز فحص جيد طلع هذا الموديل مبيعه صيني يعني الرابط والتسجيل لو حاب تحصل على تفاصيل مثل انه يرسل لك الريبورت لازم تسويها بس من رابط موقع صيني نفس الجهاز موجود بس يكون اوروبي وهذاك موقعهم مختلف ونفس الشركة بس اجهزتهم مختلفة واسعارها كمان مختلفة ولما فحصت سيارتي طلع لي كم ملاحظة وحليتها وطلبتها وبغيرها بس المشكلة انه طلع بعد ما تشتري الجهاز اذا تبي تحصل على كل خدمات الفحص لازم عن طريقهم تشتري اشتراك سنوي شريته ل فورد و ل شفر وكدلك وكلفني كل واحد بالسنة 125 ريال نصيحتي تأكد اذا تبي رخيص خذه اذا تبي الصح انا ما اعرف بس يبيلك تبحث لا تشتري زيي بدون تفكير
