Medline Medseptic Skin Protectant Cream, 4 Ounce (Pack of 1) - Packaging May Vary

This is my second purchase of this brand of Skin Protectant Cream. I was so excited to find it available on Amazon! My husband was non weight bearing for almost eight months and had developed bed sores while staying in a rehab center. He was treated by wound care specialists at the associated hospital without success using a different brand of cream. The PA would get aggravated and say he would never heal if he didn't keep all weight off that area. When we moved, he stayed in a different rehab center for a six weeks and they used this Medline brand cream on him and it worked miracles! He was sore free when he left there and now that he's been at home for four months he's stayed sore free even though he sits most of the day. We use it to keep the area protected and his skin moisturized and he's stayed beautifully healed for the five months he's been back at home!

This stuff really works!!! I was just looking around Amazon for a good skin protector and read the reviews. I thought "why not give it a try?" as I haven't found anything that worked well. I'm shocked at how well this stuff actually works! It also is very healing on sores. It keeps skin protected excellently. I am sold on this product. I'm a quadriplegic and have been a long time. I wish I knew about this earlier! What a g and changer. I use it on everything. Only a small amount is needed. I'd give it a million stars of I could!!!

This product was originally recommended by my wife's home health nurse. I have found it easy to apply and effective in preventing irritation to my wife's skin. Highly recommend!

Great cream for places that need extra care and treatment for your skin. It is a skin protectant against moisture and it really does work and the scent is light. My only con is ,I wish it were an ointment, rather than a cream, just my preference. But, with all said, it is worth the price and it does help skin heal by sealing out moisture.

This cream is amazing. I used it on my husband's arm where he had a cancer that was the size of a quarter it was scabby and oozing, I put this cream on it and covered it with one of those wide Band-Aids and when it was cleaned I kept cream on it again and again and again, and that cancer totally went away. There was only a scar left. On his other arm he had one of those horn looking growths that stuck up about 3/8 of an inch. It looked exactly like a horn. I covered it with this salve and kept a bandage on it and it healed it right down to clean skin again.This cream is amazing for bedridden people I highly recommend it.
