New Gaming Chair

I got this chair in hopes to get a nice gaming chair that has some relaxation options. I spend a lot of time in my chair, so I wanted to get a good one. It was pretty easy to put together. Total time was less than 10 minutes. It came with a large and really easy to understand instructional poster. All in all pretty much anyone who can read can put this together. So I only really have two issues with it. These issues are not enough to reduce its star level though. It's just minor gripes more than issues. The first one is that if you're more than 5'11 and over 220 lbs then don't get this chair. I'm exactly 5'11 and 200 lbs so I can sit on this chair without issue but any more than that and you'll have problems with being too large and issues being able to balance yourself with the reclining options. The second issue is that the massage option is WEAK. It runs using a comically short USB and has very little power to massage anything. It just gives a weak vibration akin to an electric toothbrush or battery powered adult toy. If you want a massage option, get a seperate one to lay on top of the chair. For sure buy this if you want a sturdy reclining gaming chair, but skip it if you're a larger person or if you want more than a tickle of a massage.

Love this chair the massage pillow is great, really easy to assemble, recliner is a nice feature. Comfy and love the color

Bought this chair as a replacement for my old one. It’s was used daily and was good for the first week or so. Then each time it was sat on you could hear plastic cracking. Can’t tell what exactly was cracking but the chair leans forward now. For the price I would expect it to last more than 2 months. Don’t waste your money! Edited to add: the hydraulic that moves the chair up and down has also stopped working. And the cracking we have now found was not plastic but whatever the seat base is made out of. It’s very thin, particle board like. At this point would give zero stars if I could. Edit: after some back and forth with the company (explaining what was wrong, sending pictures of the damage etc) they sent us a new chair! This one has been great! We have had it for about a month with zero issues. Between the customer service provided and the new chair itself I would now recommend this chair.

This is a good chair and my son loves it. It is comfortable and a good size. The foot rest is OK, but it does not get used much because it does not extend out very far. A little kit could probably kick back and use the foot rest like a recliner, but my 13 year old can only use it if he bends his knees quite a bit. After about 9 months of use it is showing signs of wear, with the center seams showing signs of weakening and getting wear spots. For the money paid for the chair I would expect it to wear a bit better. This is far from an expensive chair, as gaming chairs go, but it is expensive enough that I expect it to last longer before showing signs of wearing out.

Got this for my son for Christmas. It is sturdy, rolls well, has good back support and the cushion is very thick and comfortable. the height of the chair is exactly as we were expecting. It is comparable to other game chairs. It looks good in his room. We got the blue color and he loves it!

I like the chair I felt like bob the builder putting it together by myself. You get what you paid for and its comfortable. It wasn't hard to put together but please make sure to read the instructions.

I just got a new job that has me working from home. I bought this chair for the support. I felt that if it could handle hours of gaming time, it should be durable enough for me to use at my desk all day. BIGGEST mistake was trying to save a few bucks and buying a discounted model. I was missing a bolt and since it was discounted, I can't request the missing part so the left arm rest is pretty useless. I tried to us a diff bolt about the same size but it wont stay in. Another thing I was disappointed in was the back massager/heater.... it's USB charged with a cord that is less than a foot long... It was one of the main features I bought this chair for and I haven't been able to use it. The other issue is that no matter which way I lean in this chair, the whole chair leans that way, like the main metal support bar is bending under/behind me. I am continuously adjusting it throughout the day which is super annoying and distracting. I basically spent $250 on an office chair that I am going to have to throw away in less than 6 months of use. But the back support pillows are awesome.... if we are being fair and honest... that's probably the only positive thing I have to say at all about this purchase. I really wish I could get a refund and put my money toward something better

Love this chair. It's comfortable. Looks great. Although, there needs to be a better clamp for the back. It constantly slides down if you put any weight on the arms. The plastic handle that you use to tighten the clamp broke the first day. I put a wrench on it and got it tight but I'm scared to break it. Apparently didn't get it tight enough because it still slides down. Otherwise, I love it.

It is too short

The chair was awesome, looks great and comfortable the instructions are a bit hard to read and pictures are not clear because of the size, but once you figure it out its a really nice chair for the price. I can see how people can misplace the Hardwear because it looks like a piece of cardboard my suggestion to the company is to use a bright colour of card board to make it more noticeable in the box but overall I'm very happy with my purchase my son loves it

It's a nice chair, seat is a little tough but I guess it's because it's still new. Assemble instructions could be better because I spent more time guessing what to do next because the instructions weren't clear.

This took a while to assemble but we did it. The instructions are crap. The chair is comfy and my son is happy. There's nothing to stop the leg lift when you pull it out. It just comes all the way out and falls on the floor. There could've been stoppers for that but all in all a great chair. My son is a happy camper.

Chair looks nice and was easy to assemble but one of the wheels broke off in less than a day. Very poorly designed.
