I like these for leftover cake mix. Ideal size for MiniCake gift. Cake pops out, and invert to clean. The texture in base could be difficult to clean, but I found a short soak , inverting and natural bristle brush makes it anew. Have split each cake after removing, and they make a nice layer cake. Tease recipient that my oven shrunk the cake. Ideal for Ninja Foodi cooking too.

I have to eat grain free so I make my own bread rounds and slice in half. I usually only eat open face sandwiches. I was baking it in Pyrex Grab It bowls lined with parchment paper and oiled. Had to poke all around the edge to get it out and then soak and scrub the residue. Well, these were the perfect size. I didn’t even spray them. The bread just popped out and left no residue to clean. Literally nothing. Washed in soap and water anyway of course. The bottom is textured and for my purposes is great. It makes the bread come out with that texture on the bottom and a little crispy which makes my sandwich sturdier. There is a set of four and I really need six. So, I’m going to order another set. At that price, @ $9, it’s a great deal. Update: Ordered a second set. BTW, I also bought a Ninja Air Fryer oven and used these in it to bake the same bread. The bottom of the bread did not come out crispy as when I baked it in the big oven. I liked it for my bread but don’t think that you would want it on cakes. So, different ovens give you different results. Love these pans so much. Flip out as soon as the bread came out hot. Don’t even have to wait for cool down.

So easy to use, no oil needed, can’t imagine using anything else for baking.

Like other silicone cookware that I own, these worked great! I love the bright orange color and the even baking. The cakes did not stick to the pans, and they clean up very well and easily!

I bought these to make larger egg bites in my air fryer. The size works nicely for one person, either for egg bites or mini meatloaf. They allow for cooking items without making a mess in the air fryer. The downside is they hold heat and get very hot. I use tongs to remove them from the basket. For egg bites, I will mix enough for two servings and put one in the fridge for the next day. A big win with my air fryer.

They worked perfectly for what I wanted - big buns with tall sides. I could probably double cut them and do it McD Big Mac style. Yes, they are silicone, so they hold up to heat in the oven and won’t stick. And, yes they are a bit flimsy - because they are silicone, duh!! They will hold batter or dough just fine. If you need something stronger, use metal - these are silicone.
