The product description says it is waterproof, but the photo says do not immerse in water. Can dogs swim with it?

It is fine for the light to be in rain and snow but I would not put it in a Body of water such as a lake or pool.

There is a small button on one side near the bottom

Why do I have to cycle through all colors and options before it shuts off completely

long press the button for a while then it will shut off

How long are these supposed to last? My orange lite is so dim after charging u only see a small light blinking only when dark. Only 6 months old.

The two I have are still working on their 1st charge - approximately 11 hours or so.
