Day 1 was great. Fit the tree great. Day 2 started making a clicking noise, almost gave a bad rating. Day 3 and on, no noise. Love my rotating tree. If I had to complain about 1 thing, it makes my tree taller, so you can see inside my tree collar. We will have to fill it with fake snow.

Amazon resale - Ok, so it doesn't spin as fast as I would like it to spin. It came as described and works perfectly. (Fortunately, I was not part of the design team, I would have the tree spinning like twister.)

No matter how straight you put the tree in, it develops a wabble causing the mechanism to pop, and creek. No matter what I do, the tree will not remain vertical, and begins to wabble.It only takes 7 hours, for the tree to develop a 6 inch wabble. Unfortunately I purchased this item in Sept. 2023, used it for a few days for a Halloween tree, it's now Dec. 10th, and I no longer have the packing box or papers, so returning this item is not an option, lesson learned. The rotating tree stand it replaced, was 6 years old.

The media could not be loaded. I like that it went together quickly. It has a slightly smaller footprint meaning it should fit in the metal collar tree skirt. But this one makes a random clicking noise that is not related to branches hitting anything. Seems to do it more when spinning counter clock wise. Not sure if this is a concerning noise or an added “bonus” to compliment my Christmas music…I like that it came with an adapter to use the stand with a smaller, skinner tree post. It means I have more versatility in the future on which tree I use it with. My tinsel tree looks amazing when spinning and I used outdoor LED color changing remote light two pack to light it up. So I did not use the tree stands feature to attach my lights. But I assume it works just like my previous spinning stand.

This product, was returned, because the first one did not work.. I received my new on in January 2021, and we tested it, without the tree on,,and it worked fine,, so this year we put the tree in it and my tree is crooked when it turns?? So noI’m not happy with this product. Thank you.

Lo compré para que mi árbol de navidad girara y fue una excelente compra. Se adapta a cualquier árbol que no tenga base y es muy fácil de instalar!

The media could not be loaded. We bought this last year for the first time as my mom has always wanted a rotating tree. It worked fine, but couldn’t support our larger (wider) 7.5 ft tree without really bad leaning, so we put out second 7.5 for pencil tree in it instead. It still had a slight lean but not near as bad. One annoying thing is that it makes a clicking sound on every full rotation, so if there’s no background noise it almost sounds like water dripping. That was tolerable as well. This year however, the clicking is more frequent and now ever half rotation or so it is like the turner gets “stuck” and causes the tree to wobble scarily. My mom is terrified it’s going to cause the tree to topple or the ornaments to fall off because it can really start rocking. Not sure why it started randomly rocking so badly but this will be the last year we use this one. We have a lot of expensive ornaments and the thought they might come crashing is more nerve wracking than it’s worth

This is an excellent rotating tree stand for the money. Very easy to assemble and display an artificial tree. It's rotation is at a perfect setting, which turns slowly enough to clearly appreciate each ornament. We added a string of electric LED lights, which plugged into the provided part of the rotating base. Great design.
