These are good tights; seem to be well made. Nylon instead of polyester. If you want tight compression, buy a size smaller than usual. I wish they had leg zippers, although they do go on fairly easily.

The material is very compressive and shiny which I like. They're super comfortable and for the price you can't go wrong.

I am 5' 11" and 180 lbs. I bought the size large first and they fit fine but don't provide much compression so I bought a size medium and they are a little short in the legs but give me better compression. I have worn Skins RY400 recovery tights for years in the size medium. I am not getting nearly as much recovery benefit from these tights but the Skins are no longer available.

The latest trend in athletics, especially running and cycling, are these compression recovery clothing items. I own a few pairs of compression/recovery socks, and it's hard to tell if it's doing anything for actual recovery. These tights, on the other hand, are something different. The compression goes all the way up your legs to your waist, so it feels a lot better than just a sock up to the knee. I put these on after a long bike ride, and my legs feel a lot better. Normally, I feel "shaky" and wobbly for a bit after a hard ride, but putting these on seems to cradle my legs and make me feel better, more quickly. It's hard to say if I recover more, or better, for another ride the next day, but the day I'm wearing them it feels a lot better.One small complaint is that (on me at least), they tend to ride down a little bit if I'm doing a lot of moving around, or bending. The material is very slippery, and since it is stretched out, it is probably trying to slide back to a less stretched position. If I'm wearing clothes over these tights, it gets tricky, having to pull them up over my clothes. But it's a minor issue, nothing that stops me from appreciating these tights.One last note, the picture shown in the description is not what I received. Mine are all black, with red stitching, there is no gray anywhere on the tights...not sure if it was just the ones I ordered, but I actually like it better. I look a little bit like a red TRON from the waist down, haha!

Perfect during my work out. Definitely helps with recuperation after a hard workout! Love them! For the price you can't beat it!

My knee usually swells up after 1.5 - 2 hours of pickup basketball once a week. This is my first experience with compression and I was very skeptical. However, I noticed the next morning that there was virtually no swelling and my feet and sides of calf were less sore. Also, the week before I had tried just the compression socks and saw no difference whatsoever. Using them in combination has proven to be game changing.

The thickness of the fabric is quite good but it's the poor design that makes this pair of tights lousy. The only compression feeling you get from wearing this pair of tights is at the calf area, anything above that is too loose to feel anything at all. I won't call it a "recovery tights".. it's a joke!
