Works perfectly with my existing SimpliSafe system...very easy to set-up...had it working in less than 5 minutes, including mounting. Great addition to the bedroom so I don't have to walk all the way across the house to arm the system before bed.

Easy setup, called customer service on one issue. I got a live person who walked me through the process in less than a minute. I was up and running!

I was happy with my current keypad, and wanted another for my back door, so I could easily disarm my system from there. It’s a good distance from the base station, but still works great. I’m glad I added this to my system.

We have a keypad in the main area, and one in each bedroom. I love how easy it is to add more and more components to SimpliSafe, including multiple keypads. Arming and disarming the system from the comfort of the bedroom allows me to have heightened security settings.I was robbed last Christmas, which prompted me to buy the SimpliSafe system; unfortunately, 6 months later I was robbed again, while I was asleep! They broke in through an open bathroom window, and by default motion sensors aren’t turned on in “Home” mode. The thief was able to unplug the SimpliSafe camera, gather up over $6,000 of electronics, and run out the door while the system beeped for 30 seconds before setting off the alarm.The solution to avoid this problem in the future is sensors on each door, keypads in each room, motion sensors enabled in “home” mode, and instant trigger on all sensors. I don’t have motion sensors in the bedroom, so it’s not an issue to have instant trigger enabled on these. I have to arm and disarm the system before I leave my bedroom.On, and the most important security upgrade yet, a pit-bull. I can’t wait for the thieves to try and strike again!

Bought 3 of these for my new system. So easy to install and use. Very functional. Peel and stick units do seem to have great adherence to the mounting surfaces. Highly recommend.

My keypad that came with the system is close to an exit downstairs. The package I originally ordered included a FOB remote which I used to turn the alarm on / off from upstairs. The battery died in the FOB remote after 4 years which is expected but the battery cannot be replaced. I purchased a new FOB and all worked OK for 2 weeks and then the remote would only work if I got closer to the base station. After 4 weeks it no longer worked. I contacted SimpliSafe about getting a replacement. All I got was the runaround and after 15 minutes I gave up. Then I decided to buy a second keypad. I went to SimpliSafe's webpage but they are set up to sell packages and not individual items. I looked the keypad up on Amazon and they had it. I ordered it and had it within a week. Bottom line don't buy SimpliSafe. They do not support what they sell and trying to talk with them is time consuming. Thank you Amazon for bailing me out. 5 stars for Amazon, 4 stars for the keypad and 0 stars for SimpliSafe.
