Fits, but I wish the quality was a bit better.
Genuine Xerox toner is crazy expensive, so I'm never sad to try out less expensive alternatives.This toner will fit in my VersaLink C405, but there are some key differences between this toner and some of the other brands. For example's sake, I bought a similar MxVol set a few months ago, and those are identical to Xerox OEM cartridges.Where these are different from Xerox and MxVol:1) The left of these have three gears, and the others have only one. It fits, but offers more points of failure / jamming.2) The Xerox / MxVol toners have more plastic guides on the bottom of the toner, for easier insertion.3) The plastic used on these toners is very, very thin.4) Maybe most importantly, MxVol toners report as "Genuine Xerox Toner" on the printer, where these report as "Genuine NON Toner".The print output seems pretty much the same as OEM and MxVol though. I don't think these are unsafe, and they feel like they probably have more toner inside. So they aren't bad -- but I don't think the quality is quite as good as competitors.

Ordered on a pinch!
We ordered toner at work for our printer but turns out is was on back order. We were hoping to get the printer cartridges in from xerox still on time before we ran out of ink, that didn't happen. I was hesitant to order non brand ink for our work printer, but didn't really have a choice at this point. So I ordered these ink cartridges, figuring I just needed to use them until the xerox cartridges arrived.These cartridges arrived next day, they fit into the printer perfectly and we were up and running just like that. Talk about a project saver. The xerox ink still took 2 more weeks to arrive and with how well this ink is working, we have just decided to leave it in. It's working just like the brand ink, why change it.These ink cartridges work just like the brand Ink and we had no issues with using them. I would recommend if you are in a pinch like we were.
