Brilliant for tags
I saw this on a crafting video and decided to purchase it as I do make my own tags. I love this, its so easy to use and makes it so much easier to cut off corners when making tags. The photo corner end is good but I doubt I'll use that much which is fine by me. It chomps off just over half an inch or 1.5cm and it collects the bits inside which you can open to empty. If you have dexterity problems you may find it large and heavy to hold in your hand.
