Useless other than to show how NOT to write about research
Purchased for class and almost unreadable. Do not recommend unless you intend it as a means of showing what NOT to do.This book compiles several academics and lecturers in their given fields talking about best practices for research within their given theatre discipline. I feel I learned so much more about what is necessary in clear academic writing based solely on my confusion over what this book didn't tell me. i.e.: Where are the relevant case studies? Where is the structure from author to author that keeps all the information coherent and relevant to the theme? How do I know these are the most effective/current research methods other than the authors say so?

It’s a book.
Bought for school. Good condition. But useless outside of my schooling. We have three books in this vein and this is my least favorite.
