I’m one of those individuals who is terrible at drinking water consistently, and it always bites me in the arse when I find myself in direct sunlight, or doing any type of exercise. I’ve had to go to the ER for real bad dehydration after being in the sun and not drinking enough water. It’s something I’ve been trying to work on but it’s always a lifesaver to know that Pedialyte will also help. I am 100% sure that Pedialyte is worth the $ and it is very effective in rehydration after a long day. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who can relate to my experiences and my bad habits of not drinking enough water. It also tastes AMAZING. Also, I will note that everyone should not be put-off from buying just because it’s marketed towards infants. It is a life saver for all ages!!

Terrific product to correct dehydration quickly.

Only gave it five stars due to the cost, but it tastes great and it is strong enough that you can dilute it by 1/3 to 1/2.

Whether the kids are sick or were recovering from a night out we run for the pedilyte! It helps to hydrate and is nice to grab and sip on!

Until you go through it you won’t realize it. You absolutely don’t want to get caught completely dehydrated & not have Pedialyte on hand. This happened a few times. Not anymore. This needs to be in your pantry on hand for such a time. Pedialyte not Gatorade, not Powerade, but Pedialyte.
