Comfortable and Stylish
Love my regular Chacos and wanted an easy slide. I got so many compliments, I bought 3 colors. They’re very comfortable but if you’re looking for a more supportive footbed you’d be better served with a Birkenstock or similar footbed. As for durability, I wore my first pair into the lake several times and the strap broke through the rubber sidewall. Haven’t had any issues with my other pairs since I don’t get them wet. Can’t beat the value.

Chaco chilo slides
I love my Chacos it's made the way your foot is really supposed to sit I hate those tennis shoes you know they think the Hill's supposed to be a little higher and they wear them and where I'm going to start looking like it's exploding out the back end of your heel I don't like that one bit these are made nice the tacos I always get the man size because I got a wider foot than this girl's and it always fits me better if I get a man size now I have both the women too and the tacos and it fit perfect it was wide enough I don't know if I had to select medium or wide I can do medium I don't actually need wide but I don't need slim that's for sure but yeah I like the tacos they worth the money although the price is little pricey you know but I like to take care of my feet cuz you take care of your feet you got a better back

Not very durable.
If you want a high instep the sandle will probably be comfortable. I bought a size smaller than my normal shoe size and I still couldn't snug it up to make it not flop around. I wore them about 30 times and the strap pulled out of the sandle. There is no reinforcing in the sandle to handle the stress of your body weight on the strap if you get a little sideways on the sandle. I was expecting much more durability for the high price. I think it would be better to by some cheap Walmart sandle and replace them more often. These cost me more than a dollar a day. Bottoms barley worn but sandals useless

Great beach slide
The price point on these slides is great. They fit true to size and are really comfortable. You still get the look and comfort of the basic Chaco without the toe loop and back. The slide stayed in place even in the sand. I do not use this as my every day sandal, but it is great for the pool or beach.

Love these sandals
Bought these to wear around my house. They are so comfortable with large arches and tons of cushion for max support and comfort, cleans super easy. My only complaint is the durability. They’re definitely recovery sandals and I got a great price on them, but I bought these as a replacement for my last pair which had split on the rubber across the top on both sandals. Even so, I loved them enough to buy them again and the price and look are great.

Excellent value for camp shoes!
This is the third pair of Chillos I’ve owned — and that’s only because I have lost the other two in backcountry hiking expeditions (user error, as it were). But I keep coming back to these — they’re perfect for sliding on once I get to camp, as they work with my pair of heavy wool socks, as they don’t have a connection between big and second toes to block. They’re perfectly light weight, which was a huge shock (and plus!) for me given how heavy Chacos normally are. And while they don’t have a ton of grip (not their primary purpose, I’d say), I have used them many times as great river shoes when I need to ford a river and want to keep my hiking shoes and socks dry (to avoid blisters). Plus — the price for these is unbeatable. Only gripe I will say is I have not figured out how to adjust the straps over the top. Maybe that’s something I could find on YouTube or on their website, but haven’t bothered to look because it’s not a huge distraction for me — might be something to pay attention to, if you have uniquely large or small feet, though.

Really Chacos?
These were delivered yesterday and I loved them. I thought they were super comfy and were going to replace my crocs as my “whatever” sandals. I was wearing them around the house today and they broke. I wore them for a short walk yesterday and then for a couple hours today while working from home. I get that they are cheap sandals, but since they had the Chaco name, I expected more. I’ve always had a great experience with Chacos products, but these aren’t it. Don’t do what I did and light $28 on fire. Just buy a better sandal.

Not sure about these yet…
I purchased two pair of these, sizes 9 and 10, planning to return the ones that didn’t fit. Unfortunately for my wallet, the 10s were perfect while wearing socks and the 9s felt great barefoot, so I kept both. After not quite two months of wearing them both occasionally (exclusively indoors), the 10s tore so the strap was longer attached so I decided to contact Chaco’s. Good luck. They seem to care about customer service and I haven’t had a bad experience with a person but the support options became irritating quickly. I saw no email support. When calling their phone number, none of the options seemed quite right for my call - the option I selected redirected me to their website. I then tried chat: nothing would happen when using my iPad Pro. Back to the phone in case I missed something (nope) so back to the website to try a chat with support on a laptop. He redirected me back to the website to fill out the "defective order form". After filling out the minimal info and uploading required photos, I explained the problem the best I could in the 200-character-limited text field. Thanks. I have no way of even asking someone about my concern with the other pair I haven’t worn as much. I guess I’ll just have to eat them when they tear. They’re really comfortable slides and I thought I’d hit the jackpot: they felt great and I’d caught a good sale on Amazon. Given the amount of time I’m spending trying to get these fixed/replaced/returned they would have to pay *me* for these to be economical. And no, I can’t return them to Amazon (one of the suggestions under one of the phone options). I received them in Oct 30 and they tore just before Christmas. With the holidays, and no email support, I waited until January 3; perhaps that was too long for these to be returned to Amazon (the return option is no longer available).

As others have said and I didn't listen. These are great at first, but after very minimal use the strap broke from the attachment of the sandal. If you want something to last a couple months these are amazing sandals. If you expect more for $60+ look elsewhere. Trust me. Very bummed as I really liked these. Shame.

I gave these sandals a second chance after my first pair broke as they're super comfy and supportive. Second pair broke in the same place. If you never kneel, crouch or stand on your toes they will probably last ages however both my pairs broke for the action of putting a knee on the ground. I love Chaco sandals but these should not be on the market.

Sturdy, fit well. I've had them for a year now with significant use and they've held up. Comfortable as well.
