How do i open my moroccanoil smoothing lotion? i can't get it started.

I just twisted it open like you would say soap and then it's a pump dispenser. If it's not coming out correctly then contact the seller.

Can I use this after drying to smooth

Yes I use it to blow dry my hair and smooth it afterwards. You only need to use a little though!

Is this a leave on conditioner or does it have to be washed off after application?

It’s a styling product so after you have shampooed and conditioned apply and style xx
