I couldn't get these to pair
I had contacted support and listed the directions step by step and what I saw at each step. I could see them in my Bluetooth available to pair connections on my Galaxy S8 but selecting them returns unable to pair. They said to try it again- yes I tried multiple times. The also said read the instructions, which I had quoted and they had nothing to add. Makes me wonder if they read my email.I gave them two stars cause they gave me my money back.

They don't work
They don't really work at all. They constantly cut out so I don't get a smooth stream of audio. They are cutting out every few seconds, occasionally for up to a few minutes without sound. The app also just flat out does not work and cannot find the earins for some reason even though I am connected to them

Three Stars
Design is nice and seems to be a quality product but I had connectivity issues with mine.

Do not buy these. The Bluetooth connectivity is not ...
Do not buy these. The Bluetooth connectivity is not reliable. Within 5 min the left ear peace always stop working. It's not worth the price. I've only used mine three times before giving up.

Not ready for primetime
I recently stopped in and picked up a pair of these from Best Buy. I was excited to get home, unwrap and pair them. The unboxing of the product is fairly straightforward, and there is very little instruction. You must pair the left bud 1st, as the right pairs to the left and acts as a slave. The issue I found with this, is that this is what is causing the issues experienced. The sound is crisp and clear when it works as expected. Unfortunately for me, the right bud continually cuts out ruining the experience. I really did want to love these earbuds, especially with the cool charge/carry case, however, it is not worth the $300 price tag. So for now, it looks like I'll go back to my powerbeats wireless. One thing that I am looking forward is the Konoa earbuds that release in April. I already pre-ordered my pair for $150 ([...] ). They will retail for $300, however, they are water-resistant, and also allow you to control your music as well as answer calls. In short, earin isn't quite ready for the masses.

Not Perfect, But Good
I've carefully watched EARIN, technically the M-1 True Wireless Earbuds (according to the box) made by EARIN, since their Kickstarter. I love the idea of true wireless earbuds, but could not afford the risk of their Kickstarter, nor the price. When they came on to Amazon I was in a better position financially, and could take the risk of buying a proper commercial product with the option of return.I bought these with a view to using them out walking with my phone, and have had now had a proper chance to test them (with a Nexus 6P). Setting them up was a bit confusing. Once unpackaged, and with silicone tips fitted (not tried foam yet, as I've always used silicone with earbuds), I found that the earbuds were not charged. I charged them, but after the charging light went out I eventually discovered that one of the earbuds had not charged, so I reseated them in the charging capsule and charged the problem earbud. Once properly charged all was fine. Today I used them for an hour long walk. I was concerned about the reported drop outs, and I did get drop outs, but they weren't as much of a showstopper as I'd expected, and weren't very frequent. It depended whether I moved my phone, or my head. I tried my phone in my left trouser pocket (recommended by EARIN), and also my left jacket pocket. The latter gave a better connection experience, with almost no drop outs. Ultimately though these are small devices, with no large aerial, communicating not only to the phone but to each other, so until the connection technology is refined, or changed to a new generation of Bluetooth, or something else, there are always going to be dropouts. It's a question of trade-offs and the limitations of the technology, and whether you can live with it versus the benefits the M-1s give you. I can.The audio quality is pretty good. Not perfect, but good.I had an issue with earbud charging again, where an earbud did not charge, so I'll keep an eye on this. I'm not sure if I just need to be careful about putting them in one at a time, and making sure the charging light comes on. This is a design issue as well, as others have flagged up. EARIN should add charging lights for both earbuds. The app is interesting (Android in my case), but ultimately I probably won't use it. I struggled to get it to connect to the M-1s, but following EARIN's troubleshooting on their website eventually got it to connect, and show charge levels. I just can't see myself wanting to to do this very often. The M-1's and charge capsule are about 50-75% bigger than I was expecting. Once I got over the slight shock of that I was fine though, and am not too fussed. Smaller would be nicer of course, but I'd rather have connection stability and battery life for the moment. I really like the design of them and the charge capsule though, it's well thought through, other than the aforementioned lack of separate charging lights for each earbud.Who shouldn't buy these?- If you want a perfect Bluetooth audio connection. You will get some level of dropouts.- If you want a microphone. These don't have a microphone.- if you want buttons. There are no buttons on these.

It is not perfect as you could expect for that price
I used it for one and half year. Main point what I could highlight:Pros:The quality of sound is good;It is small and quite comfortable to use; After one and half year of usage, battery hold fewer hour less (when it was new, it hold apprx: 3 hours per charge, now it holds 2 hours per charge);Very simple design;Cons.:Connection is not stable, very often it is disconnecting to each other;Really hard to pair to the phone or other device. Once you connected, it is work well; After approximately one year of usage, I had to glue both earbuds, because for some reason it disattached; You can hear some static noise, when earbuds is in silent. Once music is playing, it is hard to recognize that noise.Overall, it is not as good as I expect for that price. If somebody ask for recommendation, probably I would not recommend it.

Awesome tiny wire free earphones!!!
Love them. They are really small, more discrete than any other earphones I've ever used. They fit well in your ears, thanks to the scrunchy grippy foam.No buttons or controls to worry about, just take them out of the charging case and they connect automatically.I spent a bit of time EQing the sound on my phone so that they suited my taste of music, but I'd imagine they'd sound good to most people without too much fiddling. Great bass end, not overpowering but plenty. No connectivity issues like others have mentioned. I sometimes keep the phone in my back pocket while out walking and the music isnt interrupted at all.I don't use them for exercise so I don't know if they work well for that but I imagine they would. The charge time is good, if you just want to top them up to listen to a track you don't have to wait long. You do have to make sure you always keep them charged up in advance of a long session though, and charge the charger once in a while too.

Constant drop-outs, cheaply made, extremely unreliable.
I'm seriously disappointed with this product, especially given the price. It's cheaply made, the right earphone fell apart after just a few months and I had to glue it back together again. They drop out almost constantly, especially the right ear if you move your head even a little, making them basically useless for sports. Sometimes they decide not to pair with my iPhone, sometimes they do. Most annoyingly when I put them back in the charge case - which I had fully charged (green led), they fail to switch off! This is only remedied by quickly connecting the charge case to power and disconnecting it again.A nice idea but they cut corners all over the place and the end result is a major disappointment. If I had the chance to do it over again I would go straight for the Airpods by Apple.

Good ideas, poor execution
These are a real disappointment. Signal between the right and left earbuds drops out at least once a minute, even when sitting still in the relatively low-interference environment of my kitchen. In an urban location like the inner city they're virtually unusable. Even the connection to my phone drops out frequently unless I keep it in my shirt pocket. The mobile app also doesn't work - simply doesn't see the earbuds when they're connected to my phoneI still have to give it a couple of stars for sound quality, which is absolutely unsurpassed at this price point.A great sounding pair of earbuds let down by poorly-implemented Bluetooth. Grudgingly returned mine for a refund.
