Maybe this is what this magnesium does -- but when I take it...it feels like my throat gets all swollen. I know it's not an allergic response. It might just be muscle relaxation as it works down my throat - I don't know. But it's uncomfortable. For chewable, they taste fine. My husband will finish them out - had to go to a different product.

This is one of the best forms of magnesium I have ever taken. It does not promote loose stools, it is easy to chew, and it feels like it works quickly. I have been taking other forms of magnesium to help with migraines, and none of them have helped like this has. I also have many food allergies, so I always have to be very careful of trying new products, especially vitamins. I have had no problem with this. I highly recommend this.

One of the reasons im loyal to this brand is clear allergen labeling, fairly clean ingredients, and GMP certifications. I use their powdered mag malate daily but these are nice for when I'm achy and need an extra tiny boost. Or when I'm away from home.Texture leaves alot to be desired. Unless you enjoy chewing busted concrete. The tablets are extremely dry. Thinking of leaving the cap loose next to my humidifier to see if I cash soften them some without them crumbling.Also would GREATLY prefer they use 100% real sugars. Which would also help the texture and moisture level

I have tried a lot of chewable magnesiums, and have settled upon this as my favorite. It's the most effective one for the money. It's not incredibly delicious like some of the candy-like magnesium gummies I used to buy, but it is definitely pleasant-tasting, and not a chore to consume. Best of all, I only need to take one per day. With other brands I've tried--from the yummie ones to the cheap and unpleasantly sour tablets--I had to take several. I only need to take one of the Seeking Health tablets for them to do the job. I'm a repeat customer now, and intend to stick with this brand.
